The CBD Therapy Subscription allows our customers to receive their favorite products with recurring monthly shipping. We have designed and created this service to ensure maximum convenience for our customers, who no longer have to worry about remembering to manually place their monthly or weekly orders, in addition to adding a discount on the subscription product.
To subscribe select one of our products in our Shop, in the product page select the option “€/month” and proceed to add it to your cart. Once the order is completed and the payment is processed we will ship your subscription the following business day. On the same day of the following month we will ship another order identical to the previous month, unless you have cancelled or changed the composition of your subscription.
NB: Orders will be processed ONLY after the automatic payment is successfully completed. In case of insufficient credit or errors, the system will retry the charge periodically. We will send you an email 48 hours in advance to remind you of the pending charge.

We offer the possibility to subscribe to almost all the products in the shop; by subscribing you are entitled to a 10% to 15% discount on the cost of the product you will receive each month. Just visit the product page, select the “€/month” option and click “Add to Cart”.
To add a card to your payment method, your card must be validated through 3D secure. You will be asked to validate a €0.30 transaction. If successful, the charge will be immediately and automatically refunded.
There are no hidden costs, the cost of the subscription is the only expense. Subscriptions renew automatically so be sure to cancel it before the charge date in case you don’t want to receive it. The costs listed above are monthly, except for some subscription products that have the option of being delivered every 2 weeks.
If you have selected a subscription with a choice of weights or other, you can change your choice for your next month:
- Go to the “Subscriptions” section in your Account
- Click “Edit” under the subscription you want to edit
- You will be taken to the product page of the selected subscription, change the choice of genetics and add the product to the cart
- Complete the checkout and your change will be saved without any charge
To manage your monthly subscription you must create an account. Once you have created an account and purchased your subscription you can manage it from this page. From here you can edit your shipping and payment information, reschedule a shipment, cancel your subscription and more.
Payment can be made only by payment cards, rechargeable, credit or debit cards..
We accept payment with most Mastercard, Visa, Postepay, Maestro and others.
For subscriptions we do not accept bank transfers or payments on delivery.
Your subscription will be charged every month on the same day, which is the date you initially purchased your subscription.
ex. Initial purchase made on March 14 -> charged every 14th of the month.
You will receive an email notification 2 days before the automatic charge.
To edit your payment information visit the Payment Methods section in your Account.
To add or modify a card associated with your payment method, your card must be validated through 3D secure. You will be asked to validate a €0.30 fee. Note that the charge will automatically be refunded immediately.
To change the shipping address of your subscription please visit the Subscriptions Section, select “Change Address” in your Account.
N.B. Address changes are only valid for subsequent orders, if you wish to change the shipping address of a box that has already been shipped please contact Customer Service.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled or terminated.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account. Simply visit the Subscriptions section in your Account, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and press the “Cancel” button.
If you no longer want to receive your box, be sure to cancel it before the renewal date, otherwise the renewal will be processed and you will be charged for that month’s box. Subscriptions are renewed on the day of the month you created the subscription, no refunds can be processed once the subscription is renewed.
Absolutely! Our Experience Boxes can be a wonderful gift, we’re sure anyone who receives it will be thrilled. When you checkout, fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of the section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and enter the address of your gift recipient. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they will never see your payment information.
The Subscription is shipped the same day as the charge if made before 12:30 p.m., in case of charges after 12:30 p.m. orders will leave the next business day.
Shipping time from receipt of order is 48/72 working hours throughout Europe.
After your order has been charged, you will receive an email stating that your order has been successfully completed. This means that we are preparing your shipment!
Your order will then be sent to the express courier as soon as possible.
Once the shipment is taken over by the courier, you will receive the next day “Tracking code” via Mail, the code that will allow you to track the shipment of your order, from the afternoon of the next business day after taking charge of the order. You can click directly on the code that you find in the mail and you will be redirected to the site of the courier with the Tracking Code already inserted.
Orders placed on Friday will receive the email on the following Tuesday, since the courier takes charge of Monday orders placed on the weekend.
Remember that couriers work from Monday to Friday, so we do not receive deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
For any doubt contact us with the appropriate form and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
You can opt to receive your monthly box immediately by clicking the “Ship Now” button in your account. Clicking the button will charge the subscription fee and we will ship your box the same day if the request is made by 12:30 pm, otherwise the next business day. This does not change the cadence of charges and shipments in the following months.
All products shipped are presented in transparent jars, hermetically sealed and resealable, with our logo on the front.
