Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. are guaranteed to be delivered in 24 Working Hours throughout Italy (Islands and Calabria 48 Working Hours) via BRT courier.
In case the Order was placed after 12:30 pm, deliveries are made in 48 Working Hours throughout Italy (Islands and Calabria 72 Working Hours).

Once the shipment is picked up by the Courier, you will receive a “TrackingNumber” via Mail the following day, the code that will allow you to track the shipment of your order, starting the afternoon of the business day after the order is picked up.
To track your order you can enter the tracking on our site here, or click directly on the code in the email and you will be redirected to the courier site with the tracking already entered.
Orders placed on Friday will receive the email the following Tuesday, as the courier picks up Monday orders placed over the weekend.
As a reminder, couriers work Monday through Friday, so deliveries are not received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
